SensorGuard Product Support

New Power Technologies have designed the Sensor Guard product range to minimise ongoing site maintenance requirements.

Should a SensorGuard malfunction on site, the replacement of the primary subassemblies is straightforward. 

New Power technologies offer two levels of support, supplemented by onsite support by our duistributors where available. 

NewPowerTechnologies Support

Return to factory. 
During the warranty period, the unit can be returned to the factory free of charge.  While this is the lowest cost option it is not usually practical for a service environment unless spare units are held. 

Advanced Replacement Service
To enable both customers and distributors to change out failed or malfunctioning sub assemblies at short notice, an Advanced Replacement Service is offered. This is chargeable on each unit and ensures that spare subassemblies are available to the user within the contracted timescale.  The  local SensorGuard distributor defines the level of service offered .
